We’ve been building homes for WA families since 2014, completing more than 120 high-end, large-scale projects — so you’re in safe hands with us.

At Add Value Building Group, you’re never just a number. We’re a small, close-knit team that focuses on quality over quantity, taking on only a limited number of projects each year. This allows us to deliver the personalised, pragmatic and high-level service we’re known for.

Our clients are typically growing families or busy professionals who need more space and want a builder who communicates clearly and does what they say they’ll do, when they say they’ll do it.

We specialise in lightweight construction methods — timber or steel framing, fully insulated and clad in Masterwall or James Hardie products — to create homes that are efficient, comfortable and built to last.

Prefer double brick? No problem.
Although much of our work is in advanced lightweight construction, we also build in double brick and have a highly experienced bricklaying team. It’s a common request here in WA, and we’re fully equipped and confident in delivering double brick homes to the same high standard we bring to every project
